I ordered a special promotion on a Pre -Black Friday special on my 2 fave products. Microblade Effect Pen and Micro Point Pencil. I did it so hurriedly that I ordered it in the wrong shade! 🙈
I wrote to the company, and asked them where to return to , and was prepared to reorder at the great pre- holiday price.
They immediately responded and shipped out replacements, that I received today! Such a wonderful service! I am sending my first set ( blond color ) to a family member going through chemotherapy.

Let the first layer completely dry before you try to build
I'm a red head and there isn't really a color for me. I tried the blonde but it's really light. The product seems to go on best with a light touch to get the most hair-like result. The product is buildable but you'll want to let the first layer completely dry before you go back over or you'll lose the appearance of individual hairs and just wind up with a smudge of color. Overall I have to say I'm disappointed in my purchase.
